Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Create and implement annual sales and marketing plans to achieve KPIs, budgets, and revenue targets.
  • Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage the hotel's website, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms, ensuring active, engaging content.
  • Channel Management: Optimize third-party sites (OTAs) and promotional websites to improve online visibility.
  • Content & Branding: Develop marketing materials (brochures, press releases) to maintain a cohesive brand image.
  • Campaign Management: Launch campaigns for rooms, events, food & beverage, and special packages.
  • Market Research: Analyze competitor activity, industry trends, and guest reviews to identify new business opportunities.
  • Budgeting: Manage the marketing budget and ensure a high return on investment
