Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused marketing professional with a strong interest in offline, community, and on-ground marketing. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys fieldwork, partnerships, events, and local outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Offline & Community Marketing (Primary Focus)

- Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives such as workshops, school programs, hospital tie-ups, and community events

- Coordinate with schools, clinics, hospitals, and corporates for collaborations and referral partnerships

- Manage event logistics, outreach materials, sign-ups, and follow-ups

- Represent eMBrace at partner locations and awareness programs

Lead Generation & Local Growth

- Support enquiry generation through offline campaigns and referrals

- Track leads generated from events and partnerships

- Coordinate with operations and clinical teams for smooth conversion

Digital & Content Support

- Support social media posting and campaign execution

- Assist with website updates, Google Business listings, and local SEO

- Collect testimonials and on-ground photos/videos

Brand & Collateral

- Execute brand visibility initiatives (flyers, posters, brochures)

- Coordinate with vendors for printing and materials

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Communications

- 13 years of experience in marketing or outreach

- Strong interest in offline marketing and community engagement

- Good communication skills

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools

- Comfortable with Canva, Google Sheets, CRM tools

- Willingness to travel locally
