Marketing executive - Field sales(B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach new B2B travel partners, agents, and corporate clients.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing travel agencies and partners.

Promote tour packages, group departures, visa services, and corporate travel solutions.

Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Gather market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, marketing) for smooth execution of client requirements.

Prepare daily visit reports, lead pipelines, and sales forecasts.

Represent the company at travel fairs, networking events, and trade shows when required.

Skills & Competencies:

Minimum 2 years of B2B Field Sales experience in the travel or tourism industry or any service sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong understanding of travel products, visa processes, and tour operations.

Target-oriented and self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Travel, Tourism, or Business Management).

Prior experience in B2B travel agency sales or corporate travel sales is highly preferred.
