Assistant Marketing Manager to elevate our Diamonds, Jewellery & Luxury Division. This is a high-impact role for a strategic and creative marketing professional who excels at crafting unforgettable brand experiences and driving measurable business growth in the premium segment.
You will lead end-to-end marketing strategies that blend sophisticated storytelling with data-driven performance to strengthen our presence across India and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
- Develop and execute powerful 360° luxury marketing strategies aligned with brand vision and business goals.
- Create annual marketing calendars, high-profile campaign roadmaps, and successful new collection launch strategies.
- Conduct insightful market research, trend forecasting, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour studies to uncover growth opportunities.
Campaign Management & Brand Activation
- Lead integrated, high-visibility campaigns across Digital, Social, PR, Influencer, Print, Retail, and Experiential platforms.
- Partner with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive, premium brand narratives and world-class visuals.
- Conceptualize and execute exclusive luxury events, experiential activations, influencer collaborations, and memorable customer experiences.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Drive performance marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs, optimize ROI, and deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics.
- Manage CRM strategies and customer lifecycle marketing (using Salesforce) to boost acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Leadership & Operations
- Manage marketing budgets with a sharp focus on efficiency and maximum return on investment.
- Coordinate with agencies, media partners, vendors, and influencers.
- Mentor junior talent and foster seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 6+ years of proven experience in Marketing / Brand Management.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Luxury, Fine Jewellery, Diamonds, or High-End Fashion (mandatory).
Technical Expertise- Proficiency in luxury consumer psychology and premium brand storytelling.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Salesforce CRM
- Google Analytics & Data Studio
- Meta Ads Manager
- Performance Marketing & Social Analytics tools
