Assistant Manager Marketing

ROLE

This Assistant Manager - Marketing role at Ossisto Global is a high impact marketing role offering fast growth opportunity to the right candidate. Based out of India, the team will lead global marketing effort. Target regions are Europe/Nordic, US, UK, Japan, India.

This is a full-time, on-sitejob role. Candidates who are in Gurgaon, are at a close commutable distance or can shift to Gurgaon will be preferred.

RESPONSIBILITY

Marketing

• Drive performance-based campaigns across media platforms and channels.
• Visitor analytics and KPI monitoring will be a key responsibility.
• Effectively leverage Search Marketing, Content marketing, Email marketing, Landing page, etc.
• Manage Social media business pages on popular platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Create Posts for Social Media and other platforms along with junior team members. A hands-on approach will be required.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts with subject expert.
• Run separate campaigns focusing on different global regions like Europe, US, UK, Japan and India.

Content

• Facilitate creation of high quality presentations and brochures, working in close collaboration with Sales and leadership team.
• Lead UX and content initiative for website upgradation – to ensure effective brand messaging.

Webinars & seminars

• Plan and manage Webinars along with concerned team members.

AM and above roles are expected to lead campaigns which are in sync with the strategic brand positioning of Ossisto across social channels and platforms.

SKILS & EXPERIENCE

• Relevant work experience as Marketeer in technology sector is necessary.
• Previous experience of marketing for EU or US markets is highly preferred.
• Digital Marketing skills (hands on experience necessary)
• Past experience in handling Social Media Marketing campaigns across channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• High level LinkedIn expertise is a must.
• Good understanding of SEO (direct experience not necessary)
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
• AI skill: Experience in LLM prompting using AI tools/platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• Should be comfortable in managing and mentoring juniors.
• Self-driven - having a proactive attitude toward closing tasks without follow up.
• English communication – Excellent writing skills is necessary.
• Should be a keen learner with deep interest in the field of Marketing (this is an absolute must).

Years of Job experience

>4 years experience in Marketing role with extensive exposure to Digital Marketing

Educational qualification

Preferred:

• MBA/BBA in Marketing.
• Engineers with relevant marketing/sales experience are welcome, if they are looking for a role change.

Can consider: Any Science Graduate with exceptional and relevant experience in Marketing.
