About the Role -
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Assistant Performance Marketing Manager
to help scale our paid marketing efforts. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing
Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving customer
acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities -
Assist in strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor key metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and recommend actionable improvements.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and
landing pages.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to boost campaign
performance.
Manage allocated ad budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly campaign performance reports with data-driven
insights.
Work closely with BI team to get granular data understanding for further improving
campaign approach
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design, sales) to ensure
cohesive marketing execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
35 years of experience in performance marketing with proven ROI delivery.
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag
Manager.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
Familiarity with CRO, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies.
Ability to steer the team in a new direction depending on the requirements
Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.
