Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional who has hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms and has previously owned and optimized marketing budgets end-to-end.

The ideal candidate will be strategic, analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. This role will drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through paid marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Campaign Management
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Manage remarketing, lookalike audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
2. Budget Ownership & Strategy
  • Own the monthly and quarterly paid marketing budgets allocation, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Forecast spends and outcomes based on channel performance and business goals.
  • Identify high-performing channels and scale them efficiently.
3. Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and improve future campaigns.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports for leadership reviews.
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to improve attribution, tracking, and measurement.
4. Funnel Optimization
  • Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to improve landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, CTAs, and landing pages.
  • Increase lead-to-customer conversion rates through continuous optimization.
5. Growth Experiments
  • Run new channel experiments (OTT, affiliates, influencer-led performance campaigns, etc.).
  • Explore partnerships and paid collaborations that drive measurable acquisition.
Qualifications
  • 37 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in EdTech.
  • Proven experience in owning budgets (monthly and annual) and handling large-scale paid campaigns.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook/Instagram Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • YouTube Ads
  • Analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, HubSpot, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and take quick action.
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, and attribution models.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and work with creative teams.
  • Hunger for experimentation, optimization, and measurable results.
