About the Role

Leading a team of 30-35 agents and SMEs to perform effectively against set SLAs/KPIs.

Handling BPO operations (International experience is mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Executing strategies to improve your teams overall performance
  • Leading interventions to deliver change and transformation within the business adding value to the business
  • Managing teams with effective leadership, coaching and support
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure effective operations
  • Client Interactions and Management
  • Good at SLA & TAT management
  • Shrinkage and attrition

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years Experience in Team handling role
  • Graduates
