Role - Assistant Manager - Sales

Location- Vashi

1. Responsible to strategies, plan, grow and manage B2C / B2B Business for the cluster

2. Should have ability to map New Distribution Network for Business

3. To be instrumental in developing marketing strategy and visibility in B2C / B2B domain as applicable

4. Responsible to achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets as specified by the Business

5. Responsible to manage enquiries through - Visits, Telephonic, Email from PSA & Travel Agents

6. To ensure that the teams provide customer with complete details pertaining to the product & cost

7. Responsible for relationship building with travel agents

8. To maintain Daily Sales Report

9. Responsible to maintain Customer Satisfaction levels @ min 95% during the entire customer interaction (Direct/Distribution)

10. To Adhere to company policy and systems

11. Driving team to achieve the set sales target.

12. Responsible to Manage Customer Escalations.

13. Ensuring employees participate in Training & Development activities. Responsible for addressing the gaps through training and Development programs.

14. Ensure zero monetary losses by cancellation of liabilities and timely collections

15. Identify new revenue generation opportunities for distribution expansion and ensuring repeat business opportunities as applicable

Requirements:

with minimum 3 to 4 years of expereince in Travel sales

Good communication skills.
