Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead hiring across corporate, lateral, and technology roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to manage diverse hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, business, and tech roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and close candidates across multiple functions
- Drive hiring for niche and leadership profiles
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Track and report hiring metrics and timelines
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (corporate + tech hiring)
- Proven experience hiring for roles such as:
- Category Managers
- Strategy Associates
- Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
- Founder's Office roles
- Tech roles (Developers, Product, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
