Role & responsibilities
Pharma/Life Science Recruiter
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Pharma & Life Sciences roles such as (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, QA/QC, Manufacturing)
- Source and engage niche talent across pharma, biotech, and healthcare domains
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Ensure quick turnaround time and quality delivery for open positions
Recruiter Engineering / Manufacturing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering & Manufacturing roles (Automotive, Industrial, EPC, Heavy Engineering, etc.)
- Source candidates for roles in design, production, Rnd, support functions, and supply chain. Partner with business teams to understand technical requirements and hiring timelines Ensure timely delivery on multiple open positions
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate & above
- Should have experience of working with relevant roles & clients
- Have knowledge & experience of working with Domestic client
- well versed with hiring & submission process.
