Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager - Sales to drive the adoption of our NICU Live (eNICU) service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated sales territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for introducing innovative solutions to the healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Management:
  • Manage and develop a designated sales territory, including identifying and targeting key hospitals and doctors within the region.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to effectively promote and sell the NICU Live (eNICU) service.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build trust and rapport with prospects to deeply understand their needs and pain points.
  • Effectively communicate the value of NICU Live (eNICU), educating them on how the service can solve their business challenges.
  • Negotiation & Targets:
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to track progress and performance.
  • Support & Market Research:
  • Provide proactive customer support to ensure client satisfaction and continued partnership.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

Educational Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Sales Acumen: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare technology or services sector.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: The ability to quickly understand a product's technical details and effectively translate its features into tangible benefits for the customer.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to engage a professional audience.
  • Negotiation: Effective negotiation and closing skills to secure deals.
  • Strategic Thinking: A self-motivated, target-oriented professional with a strategic approach to territory management.
