Role Overview
We're looking for a high-drive, front-line sales professional to build and close enterprise opportunities within the BFSI segment. This is a pure hunting role focused on new business acquisition, owning the pipeline, and driving revenue for our SaaS offerings.
What You'll Own
- Drive new business acquisition across banks, NBFCs, insurance, and fintech companies
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle prospecting, outreach, meetings, demos, negotiations, and closures
- Build and manage a strong pipeline from a defined target account list
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand business needs and position solutions effectively
- Deliver product demos and articulate value propositions tailored to BFSI use cases
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth deal execution
- Track market trends and identify new opportunities within the BFSI ecosystem
What We're Looking For
- 25 years of relevant B2B sales experience (SaaS or similar solutions) in the BFSI segment
- Strong hunting mindset with proven ability to generate and close new business
- Experience managing full sales cycles and handling multiple stakeholders
- Solid understanding of BFSI landscape and enterprise buying behavior
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High ownership, execution focus, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Good To Have
- Experience selling fintech/regtech or enterprise SaaS products
- Existing relationships within BFSI ecosystem
- Exposure to consultative/solution selling
