Assistant Manager Sales (Consumer Promotions & Loyalty Solutions)

  • Drive new business development by identifying and securing B2B opportunities in promotions and loyalty solutions.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build, nurture, and expand client relationships while ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
  • Understand client objectives and propose tailored engagement and rewards-based solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to create effective sales strategies.
  • Increase revenue through client acquisition, as well as cross-selling and upselling activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare impactful proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, industry events, and outreach efforts.
  • Handle complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, update CRM systems regularly, and monitor lead progress.
  • Prepare periodic reports on pipeline status, conversions, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
  • Be open to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in consultative or B2B sales roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Exposure to FMCG/FMCD, loyalty programs, or customer engagement solutions is preferred.
