GoKwik's growth is driven by our ability to convert high-intent merchants into long-term partners. This role is critical in owning consultative sales conversations, managing mid-ticket deal cycles, and consistently driving closures.

You will be responsible for understanding merchant pain points, positioning GoKwik's solutions effectively, and building a strong pipeline to support revenue growth.

What You'll Own

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB and mid-market merchants, from discovery to closure
  • Drive consultative selling by understanding merchant needs and mapping GoKwik solutions accordingly
  • Handle mid to high ticket-size opportunities and take complete ownership of commercial closure
  • Conduct product demos and solution presentations for founders and business decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through inbound leads and outbound prospecting
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, deal tracking, and sales forecasting discipline
  • Partner with internal teams (Product, Growth, Merchant Success) to ensure smooth onboarding and merchant experience
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across GoKwik's product suite
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor landscape, and D2C ecosystem developments

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (mandatory)
  • Strong consultative selling experience with proven closure ownership
  • Experience handling mid to high ticket-size deals
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
