Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Plan and manage end-to-end project timelines using MS Project with defined milestones, dependencies, and resources
Drive project execution through the in-house Project Management System ensuring real-time tracking and visibility
Conduct weekly/fortnightly review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders to assess project health and progress
Collaborate closely with Project Owners (Technical Leads) for continuous monitoring and alignment on deliverables
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays proactively; implement mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when required
Ensure accurate and timely updates of project status in the centralized Project Tracker
Apply strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development lifecycle for effective project planning and execution
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH guidelines and industry standards
Take full ownership and accountability for project delivery from initiation to completion
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
Facilitate cross-functional coordination to align project execution with organizational and strategic objectivesAll projects are planned on MS –Project by the project manager and are implemented using an in-house Project management system - PARIVARTAN
Weekly/Fortnightly meetings with the Technical/Other key stakeholders are held to review the health of the projects & update the same in the Project tracker.
The Project Manager will have to work closely daily with the Project Owners (Technical Project Leads) to track updates and resolve issues and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders.
Non-negotiable expertise is an in-depth understanding of the product development work flow and planning and execution of plans.
Understanding of Pharmaceutical regulations/ICH guidelines
Experience in managing and coordinating projects, and securing delivery of tasks from planning to reporting
Ability to work independently and take accountability for ensuring delivery
Experience in Budget control of Projects activities
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
M. Pharm, MBA / PMP / Relevant Experience

Management skills are desirable merits
Oral and written communication skills in English are necessary for the position.
Should have good numerical / quantitative abilities
Ability to learn new concepts fast
Should be able to use MS Project and MS Excel efficiently
Should be very well versed with entire pharmaceutical product development process
Should have managed more than 15 projects at a time
