Assistant ManagerRM Configuration – Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and uphold effective configuration management protocols.
- Tailor system configurations to align with business needs and functional specifications.
- Collaborate across departments to implement changes seamlessly and minimize operational impact.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of configuration changes to ensure intended outcomes and system stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configurations.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all configuration activities.
Required Experience & Domain Knowledge
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Passenger Service Systems (PSS), preferably Navitaire.
- Solid knowledge of airline commercial concepts.
- Experience handling codeshare, interline.
Tool & System Expertise (Preferred): Hands‑on experience with Navitaire tools including:
- Utilities
- NDP
- Sky Fare
- Sky Speed
- Go Now
- Sky Schedule
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Practical working experience with:
- Python – automation, validation, data checks
- JSON – configuration structures and data handling
- SQL – querying, analysis, and troubleshooting
