Job Description

Assistant ManagerRM Configuration – Key Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and uphold effective configuration management protocols.
  • Tailor system configurations to align with business needs and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate across departments to implement changes seamlessly and minimize operational impact.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of configuration changes to ensure intended outcomes and system stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configurations.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all configuration activities.

Required Experience & Domain Knowledge

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of Passenger Service Systems (PSS), preferably Navitaire.
  • Solid knowledge of airline commercial concepts.
  • Experience handling codeshare, interline.

Tool & System Expertise (Preferred): Hands‑on experience with Navitaire tools including:

  • Utilities
  • NDP
  • Sky Fare
  • Sky Speed
  • Go Now
  • Sky Schedule

Technical Skills (Preferred)

  • Practical working experience with:
    • Python – automation, validation, data checks
    • JSON – configuration structures and data handling
    • SQL – querying, analysis, and troubleshooting
