Job Description

Are you a seasoned production professional with a passion for manufacturing excellence Join our team as a Assistant Manager Production & Assembly at our Bhiwadi facility.

Experience: 10 to 15 years in manufacturing (Footwear/related industry preferred)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech or Diploma/PG Diploma in Footwear Tech / M.Tech in Production, Footwear, Mechanical

Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production planning and execution,
Manage inventory and WIP control, Assembly line production, SFG
Lead and motivate shop floor teams, including contract workers
Ensure timely reporting and documentation
Coordinate with maintenance for smooth operations
