Job Title: Mid-Level Systems & Release Management Analyst

Location: REMOTE (Must work in USA EST business hours)

Job Summary

Mid-level contingent professional responsible for supporting financially critical enterprise systems with a focus on systems and release management, production support, and cross functional collaboration. Ensures system stability, controlled releases, and reliable day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support and coordinate system releases for financially critical applications, including Beacon MFP and Model N.

Provide day to day production support, including incident triage and issue resolution.

Perform user administration and access management in compliance with security and audit requirements.

Coordinate controlled data fixes and validations in Oracle databases.

Monitor and troubleshoot batch processes and data integrations using Informatica.

Collaborate with business, finance, application, data, and infrastructure stakeholders.

Maintain operational documentation and follow change, release, and audit controls.

Required Skills

Experience in systems support and release management for financial or regulated systems.

Hands on experience with Informatica IICS/IDMC, Oracle and Snowflake.

Strong understanding of change, incident, and production support processes.

Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
