Why This Role Matters

Paid marketing is a key driver of pipeline and revenue for GoKwik's B2B SaaS products. This role ensures campaigns are executed efficiently, tracked accurately, and continuously optimised for performance. By delivering high-quality insights and maintaining strong campaign governance, this role directly impacts lead quality, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.

What You'll Own

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Ensure campaigns go live with all prerequisites in place
  • Manage multiple campaigns across products and target segments
  • Align campaign execution with business and growth objectives

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Own reporting for key metrics: spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, MQLs, SQLs, CPL, conversion rates
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy across marketing tools and CRM systems

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyse campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Deliver clear, data-backed insights to product and growth teams
  • Identify underperforming campaigns, channels, and creatives
  • Track trends impacting pipeline quality and conversion

Risk Monitoring & Escalation

  • Proactively flag issues such as rising CPL, drop in conversion rates, and tracking discrepancies
  • Monitor lead quality and campaign delivery performance
  • Escalate critical issues to stakeholders in a timely manner

Campaign Readiness & Setup

  • Ensure all pre-launch requirements are in place:
    • Landing pages
    • Tracking and conversion events
    • CRM integrations
    • Creatives and messaging
    • Audience targeting
    • Budget approvals
Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with demand generation, product marketing, growth, and sales operations teams
  • Ensure campaign performance aligns with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Contribute to campaign planning and execution strategy

Who You Are

  • 4 - 7 years of experience in paid marketing or campaign operations
  • Proven experience managing campaigns for B2B SaaS companies
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience handling multi-product campaigns
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution and funnel metrics
