Holidaytribe is building a modern travel brand focused on curated, experience-led holidays for Indian travellers. As we scale, performance marketing plays a central role in driving demand, improving unit economics, and unlocking growth across digital channels.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager who is hands-on, analytical, and excited about running experiments to improve marketing efficiency and revenue outcomes.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for executing and optimising paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Meta and Google, while working closely with product, category, and sales teams to improve funnel performance.
The role requires someone who can drive experiments and cross-functional initiatives to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall ROAS.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other channels
- Track and optimise for CPL, conversion rates, CAC and ROAS
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of ad spend
Experimentation & Growth Initiatives
- Design and run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and lead capture flows
- Continuously test new campaign formats, messaging, and acquisition strategies
- Identify scalable growth opportunities across paid channels
Cross-Functional Projects
- Work closely with product, category, and sales teams to improve the marketing funnel
- Drive initiatives to improve lead quality, lead-to-sale conversion, and revenue efficiency
- Help implement improvements across landing pages, CRM flows, and remarketing journeys
Creative Testing
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to build a strong creative testing pipeline
- Run A/B tests across creatives and messaging to identify winning combinations
- Scale high-performing creatives across campaigns
Data & Insights
- Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track performance trends
- Maintain a disciplined testing and learning process
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 35 years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing
- Hands-on experience of managing 50L+ monthly budget across Meta and Google Ads
- Experience in product companies, consumer internet, or start-ups preferred
Skills
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data
- Experience running experiments and A/B testing
- Good understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimisation
