Job Description

We are Dr. Oetker India. Since our beginnings, under the brand FunFoods, we are a leading player in Mayonnaise, Spreads and Italian Sauces bringing a taste of Europe to the Indian consumers. Additionally, we have a range of moist ready to eat Cakes under the brand name of Kuppies. Besides these two well-loved brands Dr. Oetker India is present both in retail and foodservice with a wide range under several other brands including Professional in QSRs and HoReCa.

We are looking for passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds who combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable collaborating across functions while engaging both senior stakeholders and frontline teams such as chefs and HoReCa sales officers.

Role Description

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and product development, requiring a strong understanding of food service dynamics and the ability to translate customer needs into commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead HoReCa marketing initiatives for Professional & Bon Appetit brands.
  2. Develop and execute channel-specific marketing strategies.
  3. Drive product innovation and coordinate new product launches.
  4. Collaborate with NPD, Sales, Supply Chain, Plant & Regulatory teams.
  5. Create customer-focused HoReCa solutions across segments.
  6. Manage packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements.
  7. Develop sales training materials, brochures, and product demos.
  8. Support trade shows, exhibitions, and market activations.
  9. Conduct competitor analysis and track HoReCa market trends.
  10. Drive strong cross-functional coordination with leadership, chefs, and sales teams.

Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred; Graduation in Food Technology, Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
  • 4–8 years of experience in HoReCa / Food Service / FMCG marketing.
  • Strong understanding of HoReCa channel dynamics and customer needs.
  • Experience in brand management, product launches, and trade marketing.
  • Exposure to product development, packaging, and regulatory coordination preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training capabilities.
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical and execution skills.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and content enablement is an advantage.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
