Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.

Responsibilities

· Gather and refine requirements based on business needs from cross-functional teams to schedule the webinars

· Co-ordinate, setup and maintain our marketing webinars; and offer live back-end support to panelists during the sessions

· Work with the marketing team and take responsibility of running online webinars without any glitch or error

· Maintain change logs and documentations

· Anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and offer strategic solutions

· Work closely with the core global product marketing team to ensure all operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed as per best practices

· Stay updated with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

· Maintain workflows by coordinating with cross-functional departments, across time zones

· Play a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change management

Qualifications

· A diploma or bachelor's degree in mass communication, or relevant experience.

· 5+ years of handling global clients/ stakeholders experience

· Strong understanding of online events and standards with deep understanding of Zoom and it's latest features is a plus

· Exceptional project management capabilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced marketing projects concurrently

· Able to develop ideas with the ability to focus both on details and the big picture

· Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential as we are a globally distributed team

· Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have an understanding of the marketing funnel

· An energetic spirit, ability to work well with teammates of diverse backgrounds, and highly motivated to bring your A-Game to a high-growth, mission-driven company
