1Strong Leadership role able to Lead the Team of Engineers / Supervisors / Permnant Contractual workers. Also need to be demanding with concern departments for achieving his Key Result Area for delivering positive results in line with Organization Goal.2Assist in planning and execution of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.3Measure Down time Ensure Zero down time of machines and utilities.4Support daily maintenance activities and prioritize work orders.5Maintain production machines, utilities and plant infrastructure upkeep.6Ensure proper functioning of DG sets, Compressors.7Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules.8Monitor PM compliance with Plan Vs Actual and ensure timely completion.9Analyze breakdown history and suggest improvements.10Supervise technicians, fitters and electricians ensure to give them daily work order. Monitor Plan Vs Actual11Allocate work and ensure safe execution.12Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availibility of critical spares.13Raise indent for spares and services as required.14Monitor Control maintenance cost.15Ensure adherence to safety procedures and statutory requirements.16Ensure calibration of welding machine, pressure gauges, crane, air vessels.17Maintain maintenance records, log book and cheklists.18Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports.19Assist in Audits.
