Role & responsibilities
- Analyze current mode of operations: process, network, and tools related
- Support Solution Architect to define Solution Design (e.g., propose future mode of operations based on current mode of operations, standard solutions and best fit for dedicated cases)
- Convert Solution design into Low-Level design Document
- Update Low Level design document
- Creation of Test Case / Plan document for new features/ enhancement / solution
- Provide support in System Integration Testing
- Provide support in User Acceptance Testing
- Read out of Production Migration Document and support this document
- Provide support in Operation Readiness Testing
- Carry out Analysis / Support of Incident Resolution
- Carry out Analysis / Support of Change request
Preferred candidate profile
experience in Operation background for RAN, CORE, CLOUD, TRANSMISSION of EMS such as Netact (Nokia), Huawei, Zte, Ericsson, etc
- Good working knowledge of
- Automation as Correlation in Auto Ticketing
- EMS Integration with Fault management system
- Troubleshooting related to customer complaints
- Service Assurance/ Fulfilment area.
- Good experience on data base analysis/Management, communication skills to read out / present solution / documents to Customer
- Hands on experience in various Nokia tools like Netcool, Ticketing / OneITSM (Remedy), MyWFM (Field force Management) etc
- Expertise on MS-Excel for data Analysis
- Efficient in conducting SIT/UAT/ORT
- Understanding of the communication protocol like SNMP/CORBA/SYSLOG etc
- High level troubleshooting and support to fix issues
