Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Indriya Jewellery, located in Panipat. The Assistant Manager will supervise daily store operations, manage staff schedules, ensure excellent customer service, and monitor inventory. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales targets, coordinating with vendors, implementing store strategies, and maintaining a visually appealing shopping environment. The successful candidate will also assist in training staff and reporting to higher-level management.
