HRBP
We are looking for a process and people-focused Assistant Manager/Dy Manager HR to be part of Human Resources function. The role involves managing end-to-end HR Operations, Ideal candidate will act as a business partner and support Organizational effectiveness
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
Audit, HR MIS
Training and Development
Statutory Compliance
Performance Management
Digitization of Automation of payroll project and its execution
Rewards and Recognitions
Drive performance management system (KRA/KPI ) accross the BUs
Tracking of variable Pay assessment and payout
Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.
succession planning, and competency mapping.
Guide managers on performance feedback and employee coaching.
Automation / Digitization
Understanding of people policies and processes and digitization of these processes to bring in efficiency
Skills & Competencies required
experience in HR Operations and Compliance
knowledge of labour laws and statutory regulations
Good in Excel and nos
Proficiency in HRMS / ERP platforms
Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
Qualification & Experience
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Experience: 810 years in Human Resources . Any certification in HR will be an added advantage
Industry preference - Aerospace/ Core manufacturing
