Job Description

Responsibilities

  • HR Generalist Hiring/ Recruitment of vacant positions at site as per Org Structure
  • Employee Lifecycle Management Hire to Retire process
  • Performance Management System
  • Conducting meetings as per the Mines Act applicability such as Canteen Committee, Safety Committee etc.
  • Conduct meetings with contractors monthly and educate them on latest amendments /observations of inspections/responsibilities as an employer.
  • Manage Time office and attendance management system.
  • Ensure coverage for all regular contractors in Kronos CLMS system and Kronos related compliances.
  • Ensure 100% compliance as per the DGMS Guidelines and Provisions of the Factories Act & other applicable labor laws within the stipulated time.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of contractor's records & registers / returns and ensure Nil Observations during statutory authorities inspections.
  • Inspect/Review Statutory compliance of the Contractors and company. ensure timely compliance - 100% monthly.
  • Ensure all employees shift updation on a weekly basis.
  • Resolve issue related to attendance/Leave/Coff/ Regularization.
  • Prepare Consolidated monthly IR MIS for monthly meeting.
  • Disciplinary action against absenteeism case of ARPL/AEL employee.
  • Employee Grievance Management.
  • No of Man days lose due to IR issues (Target - Zero).
  • NCs observed during internal compliance audit / External inspections.
  • Wage disbursed on or before timelines - 7th /10th.
  • Group Mediclaim Insurance

Qualifications

Essential: Graduate and Undergraduate with Computer skills

Desired: MBA/MSW

04-07 years
