Role Description

This full-time on-site Assistant Manager role is located in Rajasthan, India. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate project activities, and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards. Key responsibilities include project tracking, liaising with various departments, resource planning, and proactively addressing operational challenges. The role requires close collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including task planning, scheduling, monitoring, and execution.
  • Proficiency in engineering and technical concepts related to roads, highways, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in compliance management, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience with fabrication, manufacturing, or construction materials/processes is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for project tracking and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in infrastructure development and EPC sectors is highly beneficial.
