The Assistant Manager Security in Lemon Tree Hotels will be responsible for leading and supervising the hotel's security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of guests, staff, and assets. This includes implementing security protocols, conducting regular inspections, overseeing security personnel, and responding to potential incidents effectively. The role also involves collaborating with management and local authorities to maintain compliance with safety regulations and addressing security concerns. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bardez.

• Proficient knowledge in Security Management, Safety Protocols, and Emergency Procedures
• Experience in Risk Assessment, Loss Prevention, and Investigation Techniques
• Strong Leadership, Team Coordination, and Communication Skills
• Ability to monitor surveillance systems and manage security equipment effectively
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and local safety laws
• Previous experience in hospitality industry security is an advantage
• Relevant certifications in security or safety training (e.g., Safety and Security certifications) are a plus
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
