Join Our Team: Principal Specialist – Financial Planning & Analysis
Are you a financial analyst who loves to solve the problem and then paint the picture We are looking for a Principal Specialist for our Financial Planning & Analysis department to engineer in-depth analysis and provide meaningful insights that steer our business forward. The Impact You'll Make
As a key partner to our US finance and operations teams, you will influence the execution of our business strategies through advanced financial modeling and KPI reporting. You won't just report numbers; you will articulate the why behind the data to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analytics: Prepare and manage analytics on operational metrics and regional performance reviews in cooperation with US onshore teams.
- Model Building: Build and maintain analytical models for key operating measures and client/geographic performance.
- Strategic Support: Provide financial and strategic initiative support for the Senior Management team.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze front-line sales producer performance and headcount-based data.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends and suggest improvements to optimize repetitive tasks and eliminate waste.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or an MBA in Finance.
- Experience: 9–13 years in financial analysis and reporting. Prior experience in corporate FP&A is preferred.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in Advanced Excel and financial modeling. Experience with Tableau or Essbase is a significant plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to influence management.
- Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills, adaptability, and the ability to make decisions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Work Details & Environment
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Shift: Standard hours are 4 PM to 1 AM IST.
- Flexibility: During the initial training period, a shift of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST is required for overlap with US counterparts (including Daylight Savings).
- Commitment: Average of 40–45 hours per week.
