Job Description

Support and maintain the data for the Group lease tool, Innervision, on an ongoing basis.

Manage lease change requests (additions, deletions, modifications) within Innervisions and ensure the requests are appropriately supported.

Drive and support the development of continuous improvements and streamlining of Group lease reporting processes.

Support the preparation of reporting from the Innervision system to provide to markets/regional teams accurate monthly reports to support the local and statutory accounting.

Key Accountabilities

System

  • Support and maintain the data for the Group lease tool, Innervision, on an ongoing basis.
  • Manage lease change requests (additions, deletions, modifications) within Innervisions and ensure the requests are appropriately supported.
  • Drive and support the development of continuous improvements and streamlining of Group lease reporting processes.
  • Support the preparation of reporting from the Innervision system to provide to markets/regional teams accurate monthly reports to support the local and statutory accounting.

Analytical and Financial reporting


  • Review and analyse market reporting in Group reporting system on a monthly/Forecast/Budget basis and challenge as appropriate.
  • Support the preparation of local market and Group statutory disclosures.
  • Support in preparing and finalizing market and group journals when required.
  • Support a robust control environment that adheres to the Dentsu International Group policies and embeds best practice across the business.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reconciliations as required by Group Finance teams.
  • Ensure that IFRS 16 reporting is consistent and accurate across all markets and at Group level
  • Support in preparation and postings of the monthly Cashflow Journals.

Professional Skills


  • B. Com/ICWA/CMA graduate with minimum of 2-3 years of accounting & reporting experience
  • Strong contributor to a high-performing Group Finance function
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Exposure to SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation), Innervision or lease tools would be added advantage
  • Working knowledge of IFRS 16 and Cashflow principles is a plus
