The Assistant Manager SEA Cluster (CCoE) is responsible for supporting financial controllership, reporting, compliance, and operational excellence across Southeast Asia markets. This role involves managing monthly, quarterly, and year-end cycles, collaborating with market and regional teams, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Review
- Support actuals reporting, including Intercompany, P&L, Balance Sheet (BS), and CPS submission reviews for SEA cluster markets.
- Monitor and review non-underlying and deferred cash movements; coordinate offline template submissions.
- Conduct BS reviews for NWC movements, accrued income, media billing movements, and collate market comments for MoM, QoQ, and YoY variances.
- Summarize key BS movements and provide supporting evidence for MoM, QoQ, and YoY changes.
- Assist in audit queries, journal adjustments, and market response support.
- Prepare yearly timetables and holiday calendars, including approval of extensions due to public holiday conflicts.
- Roll forward NWC, Red Flag, TSS, and MEC check files; review reports for actual submissions.
- Check and review unassigned and unassociated accounts for BS reconciliation, ensuring KPI impact is not adverse.
- Ensure accurate delivery of BPC reporting across Interco, Finance, CPS, and other required applications.
- Prepare BS summary of observations, monitor & share with SEA stakeholders, and resolve findings.
- Review reconciliation prepared by Singapore market, share observations with market finance teams, and ensure corrections.
Compliance & Controls
- Support IFRS15 and IFRS16 compliance, including additional requirements and response submissions to the regional team.
- Manage GEMS queries, support, and response collation.
- Perform Coupa Bellin AP confirmation checks and review for SEA cluster markets.
- Review and approve SG market key and non-key account BS reconciliations.
- Support Group reporting requirements on IFRS 9, IFRS 15, and IFRS 16 for SEA markets.
- Review earnout and investment reporting on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy at SEA level.
- Monitor Group/Regional KPI adherence and proactively engage with market users/new joiners to explain group reporting requirements, policies, COA, and BPC/SAC submissions.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Review RF & Budget files, roll over and compliance check for SEA cluster.
- Support RF & Budget submission and checks for BS.
- Review and analyze NWC and cash forecast positions, check cash conversion, and help with market-required changes.
- Prepare finance control dashboard and provide comments in collaboration with markets.
Ad-Hoc & Support Activities
- Provide BPC guidance, training, and troubleshooting support.
- Manage KPMG queries, follow-ups, and response collation.
- Handle ad-hoc month-end queries, email correspondence, and documentation support.
- Manage ad hoc requirements and projects on financial control & compliance areas.
- Responsible for maintaining updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with multiple teams including Regional, GFRC, Market, Operational Finance, etc.
- Participate in daily huddles, APAC meetings, and regional coordination forums.
- Represent SEA cluster in regional forums, updates, and working groups.
- Support SEA FC during RF cycles in consolidation, refresh of reports, analysis, and feedback from markets.
- Organize and assist on training or share & learn sessions as required.
- Training and mentorship involvement in training and mentoring junior resources, and establish a training pillar within SEA to cover processes, systems, reporting requirements, and best practices.
Skills & Competencies

- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP BPC (Business Planning & Consolidation), Blackline, Coupa, and related financial systems.

Qualifications
- Semi-qualified Accountant, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, consolidation, financial reporting, or audit.
- Experience in a multinational and shared services environment is preferred.
