Key Responsibilities
- :Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with AS/IFR
- SPrepare the consolidated financials across domestic and international entitie
- sPrepare financial reports for foreign subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with group policie
- sAssist in the preparation of monthly MIS reports, including performance summaries and variance analysi
- sManage intercompany transactions, including reconciliation, elimination entries, and documentatio
- nOversee monthly and annual provisions, including accruals for expenses, liabilities, and contingencie
- sMonitor and account for prepaid expenses, ensuring timely amortization and accurate reportin
- gMaintain the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring accurate capitalization, tagging, and classification of asset
- sPrepare and review depreciation workings, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and useful life policie
- sManage month-end and year-end closing activities for group accounting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across all entitie
- sCoordinate with global finance teams for foreign currency adjustments and transfer pricing complianc
- eAssist in implementation of various tools and financial system upgrade
- sLiaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authoritie
- sMentor junior finance staff and promote financial best practice
