Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and records for the property and real estate sector.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the accounting and finance department.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Oversee the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Manager - Finance should have:

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
