Job Description
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Oversee financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Prepare financial statements & MIS
- Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient financial resource allocation..
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Manager - Finance should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in the retail or jewellery/accessories industry (preferred)
