About the Role

Candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high-impact internal and external events for KPMG Global Services. This role requires strong technical event knowledge, hands-on experience with B2B and/or B2C events, and the ability to manage complex event operations across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and formats (physical, virtual, and hybrid). The candidate must be open to travelling and working flexible hours depending on the scale and setup of the event

Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of events including conferences, leadership meets, townhalls, employee engagement events, client events, webinars, and hybrid experiences.
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Oversee event run-of-show, rehearsals, cue sheets, and live event execution.

Technical & Production Management

  • Possess strong technical understanding of event elements including:

• Audio-visual systems

• Lighting, staging, LED walls

• Virtual/hybrid event platforms

• Console management and live show controls

• Act as the key point of contact for technical setup, troubleshooting, and on-ground coordination.

• Ensure smooth integration of technology for both physical and digital event formats.

BOQ / POQ / Budget Management

  • Create, review, and manage BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and POQs (Price of Quantities) for events.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of technical line items within BOQs and ensure accuracy and cost effectiveness.
  • Track budgets, optimize spends, and ensure adherence to financial controls and internal compliance requirements.
  • Support PO creation, invoicing processes, and financial reconciliations post-event.

Vendor Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors including production houses, AV partners, designers, fabricators, and digital platform providers.
  • Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables to ensure value for money.
  • Conduct vendor evaluations and maintain a strong vendor ecosystem aligned with KPMG standards.

Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including leadership, communications, marketing, HR, IT, and facilities teams.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into clear event briefs and execution plans.
  • Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure high stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Graduate/Post-graduate in Event Management / Marketing
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Bring innovative ideas, formats, and best practices to enhance attendee experience and engagement.
  • Benchmark KPMG events against industry standards and suggest continuous improvements.
