We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently create, manage, and scale our digital advertising across Meta and Google platforms.
Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager Digital Marketing, you will own the end-to-end performance marketing function at Zavya. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and Google to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong unit economics.
This is a high-ownership individual contributor role, where you will directly manage advertising budgets, campaign performance, and growth initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing Management
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp campaigns) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage daily campaign operations including budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creative testing.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets.
Campaign Optimization
- Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance through A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Budget Management
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize returns.
- Dynamically adjust budgets across campaigns and platforms based on performance.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Build performance reports and identify actionable insights to improve ROI.
Growth & Scaling
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
- Experiment with new audiences, creative formats, and campaign structures.
Coordination
- Work closely with creative and website teams to ensure high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Experience managing D2C / e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and performance marketing metrics.
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and drive growth.
Good to Have
- Experience working with D2C brands.
- Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem.
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
- Basic understanding of creative testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
