Key Responsibilities

  • Agency Performance Management: Oversee and own the performance of externalmedia agency partners. Serve as the day-to-day liaison to ensure agency-led campaignsalign with firm objectives, holding partners accountable to agreed-upon KPIs, mediaefficiency targets, and delivery timelines.

  • Running in-house campaigns: Running the in-house campaigns, leading in-house mediateam to drive the performance.

  • Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage in-house paid campaigns across key B2B channels, with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), and programmatic platforms.

  • Audience Targeting: Develop and implement sophisticated B2B targeting strategies,including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) lists, retargeting, and custom audiencesegments to effectively reach global decision-makers.

  • Optimization & Bidding: Monitor daily campaign pacing and budget utilization.

  • Continuously optimize bids, audience parameters, and placements to improve keyperformance indicators such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR),and conversion rates.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Extract performance data from native ad platforms andanalytics tools to assist in building weekly and monthly reporting dashboards. Identifydata trends to provide actionable recommendations for future media buys.

  • Creative Testing (A/B): Collaborate with the design and editorial teams to traffic adcreatives. Setup and monitor rigorous A/B tests for ad copy, imagery, and landing pagesto determine winning variations.

  • Ad Operations: Ensure all campaigns are tracked flawlessly using proper UTMparameters, conversion tracking tags, and pixel implementations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience in paid media, performance marketing,or media buying, ideally a mix of B2B and B2C, agency, or corporate environment.

  • Experience working with or at a media agency is a strong plus.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA or equivalent is preferred

  • Technical Proficiency: . Deep, hands-on experience managing campaigns in MetaAds, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for raw data manipulation.

  • Familiarity with web analytics and tracking concepts (Google Analytics, Google

  • Tag Manager).

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional quantitative skills with the ability to look at aspreadsheet of ad metrics and quickly diagnose campaign health.

  • Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to explainmedia performance metrics to non-media stakeholders and effectively manage externalvendor relationships.

  • Mindset: A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standards global environment while managing multiple campaign budgets simultaneously.
