Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve ROI and lead generation.
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring effective task allocation, performance monitoring, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, technology, and business units to ensure integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Track key performance indicators such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare periodic reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to support campaign execution and digital initiatives.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for campaign optimization and decision making.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities with experience in handling cross functional teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred.
  • 1012 years of experience in digital marketing with proven experience in managing digital campaigns.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling multi-channel digital marketing strategies and performance optimization.
