Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads accounts to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Plan, strategize, and execute performance marketing campaigns aligned with D2C growth goals.
- Track daily performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-backed optimization plans.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Content, Website, CRM) to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and best practices to ensure continuous performance improvement.
Requirements :
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize for ROAS/CAC.
- Proficiency in GA4, Ads Manager, and CRM/automation tools like Clevertap or MoEngage.
