Assistant Manager, Paid Media_Digital Marketing

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media operations and drive strategic growth across all digital advertising channels. This role combines advanced strategic planning with hands-on leadership responsibilities, requiring someone who can develop comprehensive paid media strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Impact

  • Lead and execute comprehensive multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Own full accountability for performance across all Paid media channels, managing significant budgets
  • Lead Paid Media strategy
  • Manage relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external agency partners while presenting strategic insights to executive leadership

Cross-Functional Acumen

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with creative, content, analytics, and digital marketing teams
  • Foster knowledge sharing initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and professional development

Campaign Operations & Innovation:

  • Oversee sophisticated campaign management across search, social, display, video, and programmatic platforms, among other new channels
  • Drive optimization improvements through A/B testing frameworks to understand campaign performance, and incrementality of media spend.
  • Lead complex media planning processes while ensuring robust tracking and measurement frameworks

Analytics & Strategic Insights:

  • Provide actionable insights on market trends and growth opportunities to drive business outcomes
  • Conduct strategic analysis into campaigns, to understand what is working / not working, including the use of competitive intelligence.

Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of paid media specialization and proven track record managing substantial budgets
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience with strategic thinking ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable business outcomes
  • Advanced expertise in campaign optimization, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, SA360, Meta Business, LinkedIn, DV360, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling, conversion tracking, and measurement methodologies
