What this job involves:

As a Measurement Analyst for Internal Communications at JLL, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our internal communication measurement strategy. This role is crucial in assessing the effectiveness of our internal communications efforts and providing data-driven insights to improve engagement and information flow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development and Implementation a. Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication measurement strategy b. Stay current with industry best practices in communication measurement and analytics
• Research and Data Collection a. Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methods b. Analyze data from multiple sources, including engagement surveys, intranet, and email
• Data Analysis and Visualization a. Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal communications b. Analyze data to identify trends and patterns c. Provide regular reports and presentations on communication effectiveness
• Strategic Recommendations a. Collaborate with internal communications team to develop data-driven recommendations b. Inform strategic communication decisions based on data insights
• Tool Evaluation and Implementation a. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance measurement capabilities

• The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a communications or HR setting or PR Agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Research, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with survey design and analysis, proficiency in ML a plus (Python)
• Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies
• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with internal communications platforms and tools is a plus
