This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate team tasks and responsibilities, ensure timely project delivery, and manage communications with stakeholders. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, analyzing key performance metrics, assisting in project planning and execution, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. The role involves actively contributing towards the company's mission to manage and enhance water infrastructure efficiently.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in coordinating team operations and meeting goals and deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using relevant software for evaluating performance metrics.
• Effective communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships, deliver presentations, and facilitate smooth collaborations.
• Knowledge or experience in water infrastructure management, energy efficiency, or related sectors is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is an added asset.
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to improve operational efficiencies.
• Experience with IoT solutions, AI applications, or renewable energy projects is an advantage.
