Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager Accounts

Location: Corporate Office, Jaipur

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: Manager Finance & Accounts

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager Accounts will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities. The role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to ensure timely and accurate financial management in alignment with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting functions including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with property-level accounts teams for consolidated reporting.
  • Work on process improvement and standardisation within the accounts department.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Hostbooks and Hotelogix accounting software.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
