About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in implementing and transforming business functions. You will partner with clients to assess their current state, design and implement improvements, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
As we continue to stake claim to the $565 billion-dollar global meetings and events industry, we are looking for people in Business Transformation who is highly passionate and driven to further their career in the development of systems and process improvement as part of the company's business transformations group, working closely with Sales and Marketing departments. Due to tremendous growth, we are seeking a meticulously detailed individual, who is technically astute but also has a mastery of both communication and people skills to develop key strategic partnerships, while continuously driving improvement in measurable financial/business metrics.
This individual will deliver key process, IT and change management type of initiatives, from process re-engineering, vendor selection, platform analysis, data migration, process modeling, and system implementations, preferably in a SaaS or high growth environment. They will also lead and manage on time and on budget delivery of projects.
This individual will champion project management best practices across the organization and drive the implementation of global sales and marketing projects while working alongside talented, astute, intelligent, driven and innovative individuals in a growing and entrepreneurial environment
Responsibilities
- Manage process redesign, AI-driven solutions, and change management projects for our business transformations group, working closely with Sales and Marketing functions.
- Work on large scale transformation of CRM systems - Salesforce along with other integrated systems like Marketo, Snowflake
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client functions, including processes, systems, and controls.
- Partner with stakeholders to define target operating models and develop transformation roadmaps.
- Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Recommend and support the adoption of new technologies, such as new system and technologies, cloud solutions, and AI based solutions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from business stakeholders teams to senior management.
- Develop and deliver training materials to ensure user adoption of new processes and systems.
- Manage change effectively and mitigate risks.
- Prepare project plans/status reports and track progress on the projects
- Facilitate cross functional/interdepartmental requirements gathering and solution design
- Document current business process flows and problem statements
- Work with Sales and Marketing project team members in supporting them with day-to-day issues
- Coordinate and manage application support with vendors and external consultants
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business transformation or a relevant field
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in Systems Analysis and Requirements gathering
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and able to work well with high performance teams
- Self-starter, action oriented with strong recognition of schedule
- Ability to comfortably work in an intensely deadline-oriented environment
- Experience in Application software Implementation and Project Management
- Experience with Salesforce and other integrated systems (e.g. Marketo, Snowflake) is desired
- Experience with SDLC and/or Agile Methodology
- Understanding of on premise/Cloud/SAAS Systems
