Assistant Manager Finance

We are seeking an AM Finance for a leading Book Publishing House.

Job Profile:

End-to- End Monthly Books Closure Activities

Monthly MIS Preparation

Preparation of Annual Budgets & Projections

Preparation & Finalization of Financial Statement as per IGAAP & Ind AS along with their schedules and Notes to Accounts

Preparation of data required by the Statutory Auditor & Internal Auditor

Preparation of FAR as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act

Closure of Statutory & Internal Audit

Export related All Documentation & Compliances

Booking/Posting of Accounting Entries, Day-to-Day Accounting

Vouching & Checking of the Expense Bills as per policy

Ledger Reconciliations of Suppliers and resolving the open points

Ledger Reconciliations of Customers and resolving the open points

Payments Allocations and Reconciliations

Bank Reconciliations

All Banking related work including Loans & Fundings

All Income Tax related compliances & Filings, including Tax Audit, ITR of the Company, Transfer Pricing.

All GST & Custom related compliances & Filings including GST Audit

Secretarial related Compliances & Filings (MSME, DPT, FLA, CSR, XBRL), along with FEMA & RBI Compliances and Filings

AM Finance Requirements:

CA Final Dropout / MBA Finance (Regular) / M.Com (Regular) or equivalent qualification preferred

8-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts in Controlling role

Preferred from Publishing Industry or Manufacturing industry Background.

Required Good Communication Skills

Able to take self-ownership of the assigned tasks

Ability to handle multiple roles along with ability to handle pressure situations

Required to have good skill on Excel, MS Office

Required to have good skill in TALLY

Conceptually & Practically strong in each and every activities of Finance, Accounts, & Tax Function
