Assistant Manager Business Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Apply analytics knowledge to solve complex business problems and deliver actionable insights.
• Generate dashboards, reports, and structured summaries using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Understand the data platform, technology stack, and ETL processes to ensure accuracy of analysis.
• Use statistical techniques to validate findings and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Communicate complex insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Manage analytics projects end-to-end, including query optimization, A/B testing, and solution design.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in analytics and Adtech practices.
