Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business across Chennai and nearby markets through clients, transporters, and brokers
  • Build and expand strong market network to drive revenue growth
  • Arrange trucks (FTL/PTL) from open market as per daily load requirements
  • Develop and manage transporter / broker network
  • Handle vehicle placement, dispatch planning, and execution
  • Negotiate freight rates and manage vendor relationships

Key Requirements:

  • 3–7 years in logistics / transport operations + business development
  • Strong transporter / broker network in Chennai & nearby regions
  • Proven ability to generate business / add new clients
  • Hands-on experience in truck placement / vehicle sourcing
  • Good negotiation and coordination skills
