The incumbent will be responsible for planning and executing office events and employee engagement initiatives, including flagship internal programs such as quarterly awards and leadership engagements. The incumbent will support the HR teams in enhancing employee experience through engagement initiatives, while managing travel, logistics, and MICE-related activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management & Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute office events including Quarterly Awards, townhalls, leadership connects, and office celebrations.
  • Coordinate with HR teams to support employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, and internal campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution including venue coordination, vendor management, event communication, and on-ground logistics.
  • Ensure smooth event execution while maintaining high standards of employee experience.

Travel Management

  • Ensure end-to-end travel coordination for employees including senior leadership.
  • Coordinate flight bookings, accommodation, local transportation, and travel itineraries.
  • Work closely with travel partners to ensure compliance with company travel policies and cost efficiency.

MICE Management

  • Support planning and coordination of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) for internal teams and leadership events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and travel partners for venue booking, travel arrangements, logistics, and event execution.
  • Ensure seamless planning and execution of both domestic and international events and conferences.

Vendor Management

  • Manage vendors related to event management, travel services, hospitality, and logistics.
  • Ensure service quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency from vendors.
  • Maintain vendor documentation and support invoice processing and payments.

Employee Experience & Engagement Support

  • Partner with HR to support employee engagement initiatives across the office.
  • Assist in designing and executing activities that promote employee morale, participation, and workplace culture.
  • Support communication and coordination for internal employee programs.

Process & Operational Support

  • Maintain documentation and MIS related to events, travel, and engagement activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency in event and travel management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational guidelines.
